Words carry energy, and we create our lives through our energy — therefore, be mindful of the words you use and what you “speak into truth.”
AVOID:
“If only…”
“Someday, when… then I can feel good” (do not attack your NOW)
“That’s unfortunate”
“I wish…”
“Ugh!”
“Too bad,” “too much,” “too little,” “too early”… all forms of judgment
Avoid talking about what is not working (except when truly necessary).
What should you say instead, if you no longer want to speak about the difficult and negative?
Never allow yourself to speak in a way that is not in integrity with what you truly believe. We demonstrate our trust in God/Love by training ourselves to think and understand what is true — and then practicing not saying anything that is not aligned with that truth. Be silent until you can do that.
Do not keep speaking about what is difficult.
If you are in the process of changing everything, say instead:
“It is moving in the right direction.” “It is unfolding exactly as it needs to.”
OUT OF SOURCE
If you are not doing just good say; I am out of (or a little out of) Source - instead og talking about the emotions. Thereby you anchor in your relationsship with your own divine nature and not in the identification with the small self.
Rather than speaking about how bad everything is.
