1. Create Your Prayer (One-Time Exercise)

Begin by writing your own prayer.

How to do it:

Tune in and feel into which areas of your life you would like to invite more peace, love, or clarity into (for example: relationships, work, home, yourself).

Use the sentences from the material as inspiration.

Choose whether you want to:

• create one overall prayer

• or focus on one specific area

You can use this structure:

• I am willing to…

• I am allowed to / I can…

• I have / I am…

👉 Always end with gratitude.

Important:

• Spend no more than a couple of days writing it

• Then decide: “Now it is good enough”

• You can adjust it along the way, but begin now

2. Your Daily Practice (30 Minutes)

Morning (20 minutes — non-negotiable)

1. Connection (1–2 minutes)

• Close your eyes

• Breathe calmly

• Imagine opening yourself to receive (like turning up the volume on a dial)

2. Prayer (10 minutes)

• Set a timer for 10 minutes

• Read your prayer out loud (slowly)

• Feel the words — don’t just say them

👉 It is important that you say it out loud — it makes a difference.

3. Closing

• Say thank you

• Open yourself to this becoming your reality (or something even better)

4. Meditation (10 minutes)

• Put on calming music (see suggestions below)

• Sit with your eyes closed

• Breathe deeply

• Let the words settle within you

Evening (10 minutes)

Pray your prayer again for 10 minutes right before going to sleep.

It should be the last thing you do.

Listen to a recording of your own prayer instead.

3. During the Day (Bonus — but Powerful)

Repeat the prayer silently within yourself.

Use small “pockets” throughout your day:

• while walking

• standing in line

• in the car

Allow the words to “wash” through your system again and again.

4. Practical Hacks (Make It Easy to Succeed)

• Keep your prayer on your phone (in Notes)

• Record it in your own voice (slowly!)

• Use it as:

  • an audio file

  • a screensaver

• Put notes around your home

If You Encounter Resistance

You will encounter resistance. That is part of the training.

When it happens:

• Notice the thoughts (“I don’t feel like it,” “This doesn’t work,” etc.)

• Do it anyway

This is important:

This is not discipline for discipline’s sake.

It is training in not being ruled by your own mind.
